Toasted Muffin with Egg whites and candian bacon.

Recipe Ingredients for Egg n Bacon Muffin

2 large Egg, White
1 1tsp Olive Oil
1 muffin Thomas' Light Multi Grain English Muffin
1 serving Schneider's Canadian Bacon
2 slice, thick/large (1/2" thick) Tomatoes, Red, Ripe

Recipe Directions for Egg n Bacon Muffin

  1. Toast muffin slices.

  2. Place 1 tsp of olive oil in pan and heat. Pour in 2 egg whites and cook well.

  3. Place 2 slices of canadian bacon in pan for 30secs on both sides.

  4. Place tomato slices in pan and brown lightly for 20 secs on each side. Put them all in the muffin and enjoy.
