1 medium raw Bell Pepper Red
0.5 tbsp chopped Onions
6 serving Egg, Whole
10 large Egg, White
2 slice (1 oz) Low Fat, Cheddar Or Colby Cheese

Recipe Directions for egg muffins

Saute red pepper and onion,mix eggs together, poor eggs into non-stick,muffin tin, a little bit of low fat cheese on top bake in preheated 350 oven for 25 minutes
