Recipe Ingredients for egg muffins

1 1/2 cup egg beaters
6 whole eggs
1 cup mushroom
1 large green bell pepper
1 cup 2% cheddar cheese
6 slices turkey bacon

Recipe Directions for egg muffins

  1. preheat oven to 350

  2. scamble eggs (no milk)

  3. grease muffin pan, then pour egg mixture into each muffin tin about 1/4 way full. then add cheese, green peppers, mushrooms and turkey bacon to each muffin.

  4. Put egg muffins into the oven and bake for about 10 min or until eggs are fully cooked. remove the eggs from the pan and place into a baggy or tupperware for a grab on the go meal!
