Recipe Ingredients for Egg Muffins

6 large Egg, Whole
1 cup AllWhites
1/2 medium raw Bell Pepper Red
1/2 cup Spinach
1/2 cup chopped raw Baby Bella Mushrooms Packaged
3 medium (4-1/8" long) Onions, Spring Or Scallions
0.33 tablespoon Oregano
1 tsp, ground Basil, Dried

Recipe Directions for Egg Muffins

  1. Combine eggs with egg whites, whisk.

  2. Chop veggies, add chopped veggies and spices to egg mixture, stir to combine.

  3. Pour into muffin tins using 1/4 c measuring cup, apportion remaining egg evenly among muffin tins.
