Super-easy mini frittatas baked in a shallow muffin tray.

Recipe Ingredients for Egg "Muffins"

5 medium Egg, Whole
0.5 unit, cooked (yield from 1 lb raw meat) Pork, Cured, Bacon
1 cup Spinach
1 serving 2% Partly Skimmed Milk
1 pat (1" sq, 1/3" high) Butter

Recipe Directions for Egg "Muffins"

  1. Whip up eggs and milk until frothy

  2. Chop up bacon and spinach, add to egg mixture

  3. Stir in any desired spices

  4. Butter muffin pan

  5. Pour mixture into muffin tin

  6. Bake on high heat for 30-45 minutes
