Breakfast treats. Can add any combination of cheese, meats, vegetables, and fresh herbs.

Recipe Ingredients for Egg Muffins GF

12 large Egg, Whole
0.5 tsp Baking Powder
1 tsp Salt, Table
1 tsp Pepper, Black
2 cup, shredded Cheddar Cheese
1 cup, chopped Onions, Spring Or Scallions
0.5 medium raw Bell Pepper Red
5 oz Mushrooms

Recipe Directions for Egg Muffins GF

  1. Makes 12 muffins. Can be frozen.

  2. Coat muffin tins cooking spray.

  3. Mix eggs with baking powder, salt and pepper.

  4. Layer the cheese and vegetables ending with sausage.

  5. Pour egg mixture into muffin cups filling each one 3/4 full.

  6. Bake in 375 degree oven 15 to 20 minutes until puffed up and slightly browned.

  7. Reheat frozen muffins in 200 degree oven until heated through.
