Recipe Ingredients for egg muffins with broccoli and cheese

5 eggs
16 oz lowfat cottage cheese
5 oz sharp cheddar cheese
2 cups fresh broccoli

Recipe Directions for egg muffins with broccoli and cheese

Cut up broccoli into small pieces. Shred cheddar cheese. Mix ingredients in a large bowl. Spray large size muffin tin with cooking spray. Spoon mixture into muffin tins - 6. Bake @ 375 for 25 -30 min
