Egg, Pepper, Onion & Ham Breakfast Muffins

Recipe Ingredients for Egg Muffin

444 grams Egg, White
108 grams Onions
122 grams Peppers, Sweet, Red
107 grams Ham Natural Smoked Cold Cuts

Recipe Directions for Egg Muffin

  1. Finely dice Pepper and Onion.

  2. Spray a 12 cup Muffin pan with pam.

  3. Place 1 slice of ham in bottom of each cup coming evenly up sides.

  4. Evenly divide pepper and onion among the cups.

  5. Cover pepper and onion with 1 egg white in each cup.

  6. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes.

  7. Serve immediately or refrigerate after cool.
