Put 1/2 cup of this mixture into a flour tortilla - easy and fast breakfast!

Recipe Ingredients for Egg mixture for breakfast burritos

12 eggs
1/2 cup salsa
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 lb pork sausage

Recipe Directions for Egg mixture for breakfast burritos

  1. Brown the sausage in a non-stick pan. When browned, put sausage in separate bowl.

  2. In the same pan, scramble the eggs.

  3. Add the sausage, cheese and salsa.

  4. Put 1/2 cup of this mixture into a flour tortilla.

  5. Makes 10 tortillas - make ahead and put in freezer on a cookie sheet. When frozen, put tortillas in a freezer bag. To heat up, wrap a tortilla in a paper towel and microwave for 2 minutes.
