Egg white minis with mushroom, spinach and parmesan cheese.

Recipe Ingredients for Egg Minis

3 oz 100% Liquid Egg Whites
8 leaf Spinach
0.2 cup pieces Mushrooms
0.3 Tortilla OLE Wraps Tomato Basil 8'' Flour Tortillas
0.3 large Egg, Yolk
1 tbsp Parmesan, Grated Cheese
2 oz Organic Low Fat Milk 1% Milkfat

Recipe Directions for Egg Minis

Saute mushroom, tomato trio, spinach in 1 tbsp olive oil. Grease muffin tins and fill with tortilla sqaure (1 tortilla cut into 9 squares). Spoon tomato mixture over tortillas. Mix 3 eggs with 6 egg whites, milk, cheese and parsley. Pour egg mixture into muffin tins. Bake 400 degrees for 22 min or until browned on top.
