Recipe Ingredients for Egg-Lemon chicken soup

2 lb chicken legs
1 lb chicken wings
8 cups chicken broth
2 tbsp olive oil (optional)
1 egg
1/2 cup lemon juice
1/3 cup uncooked rice
1 salt, pepper to taste

Recipe Directions for Egg-Lemon chicken soup

  1. Boil chicken in broth until amost melting

  2. Add oil

  3. All rice and boil 20 more minutes

  4. Beat up egg with lemon

  5. Add some of the hot broth into the egg-lemon slowly until it has warmed enough

  6. Pour the egg-lemon-broth concoction back into the soup pot, slowly so that the egg does not cook.
