Based on an egg and veg dish I had in Wales.

Recipe Ingredients for Egg Lasagne

252 g lasagne pasta
4 c tomato sauce
8 eggs
1 onion
1 green bell pepper
1/2 lb cheddar cheese
1/2 lb mozzarella

Recipe Directions for Egg Lasagne

Layer the pasta and veg with sauce (sauce at bottom & top). Bake until almost done. Add extra sauce to the top, crack eggs in (whole) and top with cheese. Keep covered and bake at a lower heat until done.
