1 egg
1/2 oz cheddar cheese
6 oz. potato, in hash brown form

Recipe Directions for Egg and hash Browns Breakfast Burrito

  1. On a lightly greased pan, put flour tortilla to warm and soften.

  2. Combine scrambled (cooked) egg, hash browns and cheese on tortilla.

  3. When cheese starts to melt, fold up tortilla and remove from heat.
