Hearty breakfast wrap for those days when you know your going to need the energy.

Recipe Ingredients for Egg and Gorgonzola Wrap

2 eggs Egg, Scrambled
0.25 cup, chopped Onions
1 tbsp Crumbled Gorgonzola Cheese
5 leaves Basil, Fresh
1 tsp chopped Chives
1 pat (1" sq, 1/3" high) Butter
1 9/10 oz Multi-Grain

Recipe Directions for Egg and Gorgonzola Wrap

Melt butter in a small non-stick skillet and cook onions until translucent. Beat the eggs and pour over onions. Cover and cook until eggs are just set. Sprinkle basil, chives and Gorgonzola cheese on top and cover until cheese melts. While cheese is melting, warm wrap in the microwave for 15 seconds. Turn eggs out onto wrap and roll into a sandwich wrap and slice in the middle.
