scrambled eggs with veg and a little meat and cheese. This is a great recipe to use up the little bit of this and that left in the fridge.

Recipe Ingredients for Egg Goolash

3 large Egg, White
3 large egg Eggland's Best Egg
0.5 cup, chopped Onions
10 strips Peppers, Sweet, Yellow
1 oz Pork, Fresh, Loin, Tenderloin
1.5 oz Cheddar Cheese
1 tbsp Vegetable Oil, Canola

Recipe Directions for Egg Goolash

Saute veg in oil. Cut cooked meat up and add to veg to heat. Scramble eggs and whites together. Pour over veg, add black pepper to taste and scramble to desired doneness. Put half the eggs in a bowl and sprinkle with half the cheese. Top with the rest of the eggs then more cheese. Serve with whole wheat toast and tomato slices.
