Recipe Ingredients for Egg and Gammon Loaf

397 g cooked ham
1 cup of mushrooms
1 cup of red pepper
6 tbsp parsley
6 eggs

Recipe Directions for Egg and Gammon Loaf

  1. Dice lean gammon ham. Chop and dry fry mushrooms and pepper. Beat eggs and add all other ingredients.

  2. Spray and line a loaf tin, add mix and bake in an oven for 50 minutes (or until set) (200 degrees C, 400 degrees F, Gas 6)
