Recipe Ingredients for Egg Frittata with onion & bell pepper

9 large egg Eggland's Best Egg
3 cup Sausage Crumbles
0.33 cup Organic Low Fat Milk 1% Milkfat
1 medium Onions
1 medium raw Bell Pepper Green
1 serving, raw Cilantro
2 medium raw Tomato Roma
0.5 cup Reduced Fat Mexican Blend Shredded Cheese

Recipe Directions for Egg Frittata with onion & bell pepper

in an oven safe pan, cook onions & bell peppers until beginning to brown, add turkey crumbles & cilantro. mix eggs and milk in bowl. evenly spread turkey and veggies and pour eggs over. lower cooking temp. move to oven once it's begun setting and add tomatoes to the top of the soft eggs. cook in the oven at 400 for 5-10 minutes.... watch it. add cheese on top and put back in to melt for a minute or two. cut into slices.
