1.5 cup White Basmati Rice
0.25 cup Peas, Green
2 serving Egg, Whole
0.5 cup, chopped Onions
2 tbsp Soy Sauce

Recipe Directions for egg fried rice

  1. cook basmati rice

  2. saute chopped onions in a hot wok

  3. add peas

  4. add rice and soy sauce

  5. make a well in the middle of the wok and scramble the eggs

  6. when cooked stir eggs through rice.
