Makes 28 servings



Delicious and egg free cookies. You can omit the corn syrup if you don't wish to use it. I use King Arthur White Whole Wheat flour, but it isn't available as an ingredient here. Not sure if the values are different.

Recipe Ingredients for Egg Free Whole Wheat Chocolate Chip Cookies

2 cups whole wheat flour
1 1/2 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp kosher salt
1 stick butter
1 tbs dark corn syrup
2 tbs water
1 tbs Vanilla extract
1/2 cups sugar
1/2 cups light brown sugar
1 cup chocolate chips

Recipe Directions for Egg Free Whole Wheat Chocolate Chip Cookies

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 F

  2. Cream the butter and sugars together.

  3. Add the corn syrup and the vanilla, mix well then add the water.

  4. In separate bowl mix the dry ingredients and then combine with butter and sugar mixture. If too dry, add the water a few teaspoons at a time until the mixture holds together.

  5. Let chill for 10 minutes then portion out by tablespoons to make 28 large cookies (yep, I bet you could make 36, but I'm too impatient to re-portion them!).

  6. Bake for approx. 10 minutes, let cool in pan for 10 minutes. Enjoy!
