Recipe Ingredients for Egg-Free Mango Banana Bread

1 cup whole wheat flour
1/2 cup all purpose flour
1 medium Mango
1 small banana
2 tablespoons white sugar
1/4 cup Plain Yogurt
1 tablespoons olive oil
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/8 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon cardamom powder
1/3 cup semi sweet chocolate chips

Recipe Directions for Egg-Free Mango Banana Bread

  1. peel the mango and banana, and dice them finely. grind the fruit into puree.

  2. Sift both the flours, salt, baking soda, and baking powder.

  3. Take another bowl, and add the fruit puree, yogurt, oil, cardamom, and sugar in it. Whisk it for about 5-7 mins till the sugar is dissolved.

  4. Add the wet into the dry ingredients and blend the batter lightly using a fork or spatula. Add half the chocolate chips in the batter and mix.

  5. Pour the batter into greased pan, sprinkle the rest of the chocolate chips over the batter.

  6. Bake for about 30 mins or till done at 190 deg C.
