Recipe Ingredients for Egg-free cupcakes w/o frosting

1 1/2 cups flour
1 c sugar
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp baking soda
1/4 c unsweetened cocoa powder
3/8 c canola oil
1 tbsp cider vinegar
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 c water

Recipe Directions for Egg-free cupcakes w/o frosting

  1. Preheat oven to 350 F.

  2. Combine wet ingredients and dry ingredients in separate bowls.

  3. Add wet to dry.

  4. Beat smooth.

  5. Distribute evenly in 12-cup muffin tin.

  6. Bake about 20-25 minutes until tops are shiny and spring back at a light touch.
