Egg Free Chocolate Tapioca Pudding

Recipe Ingredients for Egg Free Chocolate Tapioca Pudding

3 tbsp Minute Tapioca
3 cup Whole Milk
3 oz Baking Chocolate Bittersweet Squares
0.5 cup Sugars, Granulated
1 1/2 teaspoons Egg Replacer
1 tsp Vanilla Extract

Recipe Directions for Egg Free Chocolate Tapioca Pudding

  1. Combine tapioca, sugar, milk and egg replacer. Let stand 5 min.

  2. Add chocolate. Bring ingredients to a rolling boil, stirring constantly.

  3. Remove from heat, add vanilla.

  4. Let stand 20 minutes, divide into cups.
