Recipe Ingredients for Egg-Free Carrot Cake

1 1/2 cups all purpose flour
3/4 cup brown sugar
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1 1/2 teaspoons Cinnamon Powder
1/4 teaspoon grated fresh ginger
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 cup grated carrot
3/4 cup water
2 tablespoons olive oil
5 tablespoons Plain Yogurt
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
1 tablespoons white vinegar

Recipe Directions for Egg-Free Carrot Cake

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).

  2. Mix the dry ingredients and spices until well blended.

  3. Add grated carrots and ginger. Stir until thoroughly blended.

  4. Add wet ingredients. Mix thoroughly.

  5. Bake in preheated oven for about 30 to 45 minutes, or until toothpick inserted comes out clean.
