1 cup egg beaters
1 1/2 cups bean sprouts
3/4 cup diced celery
1/2 cup peas
2 scallions, chopped
1 tsp garlic powder
1 pepper to taste
2 tablespoons soy sauce , low sodium

Recipe Directions for Egg Foo Yung, Low cholesterol

Warm vegetables in non-stick skillet. Whisk egg beaters, garlic powder and pepper together--pour over vegetables and cook until lightly browned on pan side. Flip and cook until lightly browned. Drizzle with soy sauce, if desired.
