Recipe Ingredients for egg flower stew

2 cups water
2 bouillon cubes, chicken
1 egg
1 carrot
1 celery stalk
1/4 cup mushroom

Recipe Directions for egg flower stew

  1. slice vegetables

  2. boil water in small pan

  3. add bouillon cubes and dissolve

  4. beat egg

  5. while stirring soup slowly add egg

  6. add vegetables and simmer until tender

  7. serve
