Recipe Ingredients for Egg Flower Soup

4 cup Organics Organic Chicken Broth
2 cup Spinach
0.5 1tsp Oil, Sesame
2 egg All Natural with Omega 3 Large Egg
0.15 cup, chopped Onions, Spring Or Scallions

Recipe Directions for Egg Flower Soup

In a medium saucepan, bring 4 cups chicken broth to a rolling boil over medium-high heat. Stir in 2 cups spinach leaves, 1/2 teaspoon dark sesame oil, allow spinach to wilt into the soup. Stir well until the chicken broth is swirling in circles. Slowly pour 2 beaten eggs in soup, and continue to stir gently for about 30 seconds. Sprinkle 3 tablespoons sliced scallions onto the soup, and serve hot.
