3 eggs
8 oz frozen vegetables
30 shrimp
25 grams Chinese Style Egg Flour Mix Hot and Sour Soup
4 cups of water

Recipe Directions for Egg Flour Soup

  1. Prepare mix as instructed, but with additional water.

  2. Add frozen vegetables and allow the water to come to a boil.

  3. Add shrimp, diced is easier to eat, but can be whole.

  4. Once water is to a boil, stir rapidly and add eggs.
