Recipe Ingredients for Egg and flaxseed muffin

1 egg
1 1/2 teaspoons Splenda
1 teaspoon cinnamon
2 teaspoons 2% milk
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
3 tablespoons ground flax seeds

Recipe Directions for Egg and flaxseed muffin

  1. Spray a microwave safe bowl with cooking spray.

  2. In the bowl, mix the egg and sugar until well combined, add the milk or yogurt and blend well.

  3. Mix in the ground flax seed, cinnamon, and baking powder until well combined.

  4. Microwave for 11⁄2 minutes.
