Recipe Ingredients for egg drop veggie soup w/ miso

2 tbsp miso
9 oz spinach, raw
3 oz napa cabbage
3 oz baby bok choy
1 cup fat-free chicken broth
1 cup soy-ginger broth
2 cups water
1 egg, large
1/2 cup egg beaters original
2 tsp extra virgin olive oil
3 oz broccoli, raw
2 oz cauliflower, raw

Recipe Directions for egg drop veggie soup w/ miso

  1. wilt veggies in olive oil

  2. add broth and water

  3. add miso, stir to incorporate well

  4. while boiling, pour in eggs in thin stream to make strings like egg drop soup
