Comforting Homemade Egg Drop Soup

Recipe Ingredients for Egg Drop Soup with Swiss Chard, Rice & Chicken

48 oz Chicken Broth
16 grams Bouillon
1 cube Vegetable Bouillon
50 oz Water
4 large Egg, Whole
2 cup Rice, White, Long-grain, Regular, Cooked
1 cup Chard, Swiss
5 oz Premium Chunk In Water No Salt Added 98% Fat Free Chicken Breast
4 serving Cornstarch

Recipe Directions for Egg Drop Soup with Swiss Chard, Rice & Chicken

place 4 servings of cornstarch in a pot with chicken broth. Blend until smooth. Put on med high heat while constantly stirring. Add water and both types of bouillon (chicken & vegetable). Continue to stir until thick & bubbly. Once heated through add well beaten eggs and let sit a moment, then gently make one pass with a spoon to stir around and cook. Let sit for a moment. Then add cooked rice, finely chopped chard & broken up chicken chunks. Let sit until heated through. Garnish with fresh chopped green onions if desired
