Super easy, super yummy egg drop soup.

Recipe Ingredients for Egg Drop Soup

5 cup Natural Goodness Chicken Broth
2 NLEA serving Carrots, Baby
1 medium (2-1/2" dia) Onions
1 cup Spinach
0.5 serving Small Shells Pasta
3 large Egg, Whole
0.5 cup (8 fl oz) Water
4 tbsp Parmesan, Shredded Cheese
3 tbsp Salt, Table
1 tbsp Pepper, Black

Recipe Directions for Egg Drop Soup

  1. Put Chicken stock in pot with carrots, onion, and spinach. Boil for 10 minutes. Add pasta. Cook for 7 more minutes. Whisk 3 eggs with 1/2 cup water. Add to soup, stirring. Cook 1 minute or until egg strands are set.

  2. Serve.
