Recipe Ingredients for Egg Drop soup

2 cup Fat Free Chicken Broth
3 large Egg, Whole
1 head raw Bok Choy
2 cup (8 fl oz) Water

Recipe Directions for Egg Drop soup

  1. Boil water and broth ( you can add more broth or water as desired)

  2. Mix all eggs together

  3. After water and broth are boiling with a fork string in the eggs

  4. While the eggs cook rinse and chop the bok choy add to mixture

  5. cook until bok choy reaches desired tenderness

  6. Enjoy!
