Recipe Ingredients for Egg Drop Soup

4 cups chicken broth
2 tablespoon soy sauce
2 large egg
4 tablespoon thinly sliced green onions for garnish

Recipe Directions for Egg Drop Soup

  1. Beat eggs in small bowl ? set aside

  2. Heat broth in a small pot, bring to a boil

  3. Add in soy sauce (stir)

  4. Turn off heat, stir in beaten egg with fork in a fast circular motion.

  5. You can always add some shredded roast chicken or some veggies (optional) you don?t have to.

  6. Continue to stir until egg looks stringy

  7. Serve in a soup bowl and add green onion for garnish
