42 grams red cabbage
37 grams sweet peppers
27 grams mushrooms
17 grams green onions
1188 grams (3 cans) reduced sodium chicken broth
112 grams (1/2 cup) egg whites

Recipe Directions for Egg Drop Soup

combine all ingredients except eggs, simmer until vegetables reach desired consistancy. Add egg whites through a fork and stir. Allow to simmer until eggs are cooked.
