No-yolk, egg drop soup. Delicious!

Recipe Ingredients for Egg Drop Soup

32 oz Chicken Broth
2 tablespoons chopped ginger
3 egg whites
2 green onions
1 teaspoon sesame oil
2 teaspoons soy sauce
1 tablespoon corn starch
1 white pepper to taste

Recipe Directions for Egg Drop Soup

  1. Heat ginger in sauce pan and add chicken stock. Whisk in corn starch, white pepper and sesame oil. Heat until boiling.

  2. Pour beaten egg whites into boiling broth while slowly stirring in one direction. Stop stirring and turn off heat.

  3. Add chopped green onions and serve immediately.
