Recipe Ingredients for Egg Custard

5 eggs
1 cup heavy whipping cream
1/4 c splenda
1/2 tsp vanilla
1/4 tsp cinnamon
1/4 tsp nutmeg

Recipe Directions for Egg Custard

  1. mix all ingredients in a blender

  2. pour into 6 ramakins and sprinkle with cinnamon

  3. bake in a water bath at 350 for 1 1/2 hours or until a toothpick comes out clean.
