Recipe Ingredients for egg curry with peanuts

8 eggs,boiled
1 cup peanuts
1/2 cup sesame seeds
1/3 cup coconut ,grated
1/2 tsp cumin seeds
2 red onions, chopped
6 green peppers
1/2 tsp turmeric
1 tsp red chili powder
1/2 tsp coriander powder
1/2 tsp tamarind pulp
1 tomato, chopped
2 tsp olive oil
1/2 tsp mustard seeds
1/2 tsp ginger ,paste
1/2 tsp garlic,paste
1 tsp poppy seeds
1 salt to taste
1 cup water

Recipe Directions for egg curry with peanuts

splutter mustard seeds in oil,add onions and fry till golden brown, add ginger garlic paste...add spices then add tomato..and cook until oil leaves the gravy....grind roasted (peanuts+sesame seeds+coconut+ poppy seeds) into a fine paste.. add to the cooking garvy and adjust the gravy to ur desire with water and salt. turn off and add eggs to it and serve.
