Recipe Ingredients for egg cups

12 oz Trader Joe's Soy Chorizo
16 large Egg, White
0.5 cup, pieces or slices Mushrooms
0.5 medium Red Bell Pepper
1 cup, sliced Onions
0.5 serving, raw Cilantro
1 cup Coconut Milk

Recipe Directions for egg cups

  1. mix all ingredients

  2. pour into cupcake pan

  3. bake 30 min. at 350
