Recipe Ingredients for Egg Cups

6 slices of deli ham
4 eggs
1/4 cup egg whites
1/4 cup Parmesan cheese

Recipe Directions for Egg Cups

  1. Spray each muffin cup with pam

  2. place 1 ham slice on the bottom of the cup

  3. mix together eggs and cheese and pour evenly in each cup

  4. Bake at 350 for 20 minutes
