Easy egg cupcakes - mini quiches without the crust!

Recipe Ingredients for Egg Cupcakes

5 large Egg, Whole
0.75 serving Beatrice 1% milk - Vitamins A
37.3 grams Compliments Balance Marble Cheese
0.4 cup Corn, Sweet, Yellow
1/2 cup Asparagus
0.25 cup, chopped Broccoli
0.25 cup, chopped Carrots
87.5 grams Pork, Cured, Ham, Steak, Boneless, Extra Lean, Unheated

Recipe Directions for Egg Cupcakes

  1. Preheat oven to 350 F.

  2. Mix eggs, millk and cheese. Pour evenly into muffin pan. Add in corn, and chopped veggies. Sprinkle with Paprika. Bake for approx 13 minutes and let stand for 5.
