Perfect to use leftover chicken and a quick dinner.

Recipe Ingredients for Egg and Chicken Burrito FIlling

2 large Egg, Whole
3/4 breast, bone and skin removed Chicken, Breast, Meat Only
3/4 cup Roasted Red Potato Halves
1/4 cup Onions
1 1/2 cups Food You Feel Good About Baby Spinach
1/2 medium whole (2-3/5" dia) Tomatoes, Red, Ripe
1/2 cup Sauce, Ready-to-serve, Salsa
3/4 oz Extra Sharp Cheddar
1/2 cup Black Beans
1/2 cup Milk, Lowfat, Fluid, 1% Milkfat

Recipe Directions for Egg and Chicken Burrito FIlling

  1. Scramble eggs with milk.

  2. Saute remaining ingredients until heated through.

  3. Mix with eggs, then fill in tortilla of your choice and top with a little cheddar cheese. I did not include the tortillia in the recipe.
