Recipe Ingredients for Egg & Cheesy slow cooker bake

36 oz Diced Hash Brown Cubes
40 tbsp Egg Substitute
1 cup, chopped Peppers, Sweet, Green
1 cup, chopped Onions
6 oz Pork, Cured, Ham, Steak, Boneless, Extra Lean, Unheated
1/2 cup Milk, Lowfat, Fluid, 1% Milkfat
141 1/2 grams Cheese

Recipe Directions for Egg & Cheesy slow cooker bake

  1. mix 4 cups potatoes, 1 cup diced onion, 1 cup diced pepper and cubed ham in slow cooker.

  2. Mix milk, eggs and soup with 1/2 tbsp black pepper. Pour egg mixture over potato mixture.

  3. Cook on low 6-7 hours.

  4. Serve on whole wheat english muffin
