Recipe Ingredients for Egg and cheese tortilla

6 eggs
2 potatoes
1 onion
20 g spinach
40 g cheese, cheddar
10 g parsley

Recipe Directions for Egg and cheese tortilla

  1. Soften onions

  2. Thinly slice potatoes

  3. Place potatoes on top of onions and cook until soft

  4. Beat eggs

  5. Put cheese and spinach in with the eggs and mix well

  6. Season well

  7. Pour cheese mixture over the onion and potatoes

  8. Place on stove until egg comes away at the sides

  9. Put in the oven at 180 for about 20 mins
