Swiss or other cheese grated into the eggs. You don't need ketchup if you use salsa and it tastes much better.

Recipe Ingredients for Egg Cheese Sandwich

1/2 tablespoon butter
2 large eggs
1/4 cup grated Swiss cheese
2 slices whole wheat bread
1 tablespoon salsa

Recipe Directions for Egg Cheese Sandwich

Toast the bread while melting the butter. Beat the eggs then put them in the pan. Add some salt and pepper and grate the cheese into the eggs. Scramble. Place the eggs on one slice of toast, top with salsa and other slice.
