1 serving Extra Virgin Olive Oil
0.25 fruit without skin and seeds Avocados
1 slice, medium (1/4" thick) Tomatoes, Red, Ripe
1 large Egg, Whole
1 slice (1 oz) Swiss Cheese
1 dash Pepper, Black
0.25 tsp Pepper, Red Or Cayenne

  1. Toast Muffin

  2. Add olive oil to muffin

  3. Spread Avocado on lower piece of muffin

  4. Stack cheese, tomato, and egg.
