Recipe Ingredients for Egg and cheese frittata breakfast

4 large Egg, Whole
1 medium raw Onion Yellow
1/2 cup Ricotta, Part Skim Milk Cheese
0.25 large (2-1/4 per lb, approx 3-3/4" long, 3" dia) Peppers, Sweet, Red
1 sausages Pure Pork Sausage
2 serving coconut milk unsweetened so delicious dairy free
1 tbsp Extra Virgin Coconut Oil
1 medium whole (2-3/5" dia) Tomatoes, Red, Ripe

Recipe Directions for Egg and cheese frittata breakfast

Cook onion and meat in coconut oil. Beat eggs with milk and pour in to hot pan. Move around to pull up cooked eggs off the bottom. Then dollop cheese on top and finish in the oven for 8-10 min at 350. Serve with sliced tomatoes.
