Yummy and egg and cheese casserole

Recipe Ingredients for Egg and Cheese Casserole

6 slices of white bread
6 eggs
1/4 c. of butter
2 cups of half and half
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper
2 c. of shredded cheddar cheese

Recipe Directions for Egg and Cheese Casserole

Take crusts off of bread and butter both sides. Place in the bottom of a 13x9x2 baking dish. Sprinkle the cheese over the bread. Add half and half, salt and pepper to beaten eggs and mix well. Pour over the cheese. Let sit in fridge over night or at least 6 hours. Take out 15 minutes before you put it in the oven so it can set. Bake at 350 for 25-30 minutes.
