Very delicious egg casserole, very easy preparation, very simple recipe

Recipe Ingredients for Egg Casserole

6 cup Milk, Nonfat, Fluid
6 large Egg, Whole
1.5 cup mix Bisquick Original
2 2 links, 4/lb Sausage, Italian, Pork, Cooked
16 oz Monterey Jack Cheese
2 oz Green Chillies

Recipe Directions for Egg Casserole

  1. 6 eggs

  2. 1lb cheese (your choice)

  3. 1/2 lb meat (your choice)

  4. 1 1/2 bisquick mix

  5. 3 cups milk

  6. 1 can green chillies (optional)

  7. 1 tsp salt & pepper

  8. Grease the bottom of a 9x13 pan. cover the bottom of the greased pan with the pound of grated cheese, then the meat and chillies (good if its for dinner or lunch). Set this pan aside. Mix together in a bowl the eggs, milk, bisquick and salt & pepper. When this is wel blend pour over the pan with the cheese and meat. Bake at 375 for 45 mins. or until knife comes out clean. Let stand for 5 mins before serving. Is also great served cold.
