Recipe Ingredients for Egg casserole

16 eggs
1 1/2 cups grated colby cheese
2 cups crimini mushrooms
4 oz sausage
1/2 cup milk, nonfat
1/2 onion

Recipe Directions for Egg casserole

Saute the sausage with the onion and mushrooms. Meanwhile wisk the eggs together with the milk, add grated cheese, stir in the meat mixture, pour into greased 9 x 18 inch pan bake at 350 for 40 minutes
