Recipe Ingredients for egg casserole

8 large eggs
8 ounces cheddar cheese
12 slices white bread
1 pound pork sausage
1 tsp pepper
4 cups 1% milk

Recipe Directions for egg casserole

  1. brown pork sausage and drain

  2. whisk 8 ounches cheddar cheese with 8 large eggs, pepper and 4 cups milk

  3. add sausage to mixture

  4. tear 12 slices white bread into small pieces and add to mixture

  5. add 1 tsp pepper

  6. refrigerate overnight

  7. bake at 350 degrees for at least 1 hr
